I don't make the calls on any changes made to the operation of the track times and such. Chris and Sarah Farmer are doing their best to make Beechnut sucessfull and please the karters.
I hope that change will work for everyone. It's only 1 hour later so let's see how it works out this weekend. Hope to see everyone Saturday at the points race JUNE 25TH.

I know it is hot, but please consider the fact that some of us are 2 1/2- 3 hours away when changing the gates times. It is already very late when we get home to NC with the gates opening at 12:00.
I hate the heat too but I sure do like getting home around midnight!! But whatever is good for us. Early or late, medium rare or well done, grilled or fried...
You would need to call Chris Farmer at 276-646-5575 and suggest that.They are very open to the karters opinions. I think it makes it easier with the heat jmo. We opened at 3:00 pm the last few years and it worked out pretty good.
With it starting to get hot now, will the local points races be starting later????? last year they started at 4 during the summer. It sure would be a big help to us, we wouldn't have to miss work then.
